A bad habit that I'd be happy to get rid off.

Everyone has a bad habit in them. Either they are aware or not. There is no perfect man on this earth. Because of this, I also have a bad habit, but for me it is not very severe. For me it is a matter of normal and experienced by each person.

One of my bad habits is like sleeping after eating. Usually after lunch I will sleep. I have also tried not to sleep but sometimes I fall asleep also. My roommate always angry when I sleep after eating. Sometimes I hear those words. Sometimes I does not care what they say. I hope to be able to remove this attitude like to sleep in order to maintain health because when asleep after eating can cause various diseases.

In addition, I also have the attitude that like to eat. But I did not eat in large quantities at a time. I would eat in small quantities but in a different time. But when I'm in a state of depression I will eat in large quantities at a time. I realize my habits can affect the poor health of myself and can cause various diseases come easily. For example, obesity and more.

Besides, I can always postpone the work. Whether the work given by the lecturer or my daily work. This habit has led me depressed when all work is to be spent at any one time. As a result of this attitude I often feel depressed. I personally find the problem. And sometimes in anger by my lecturer. But I did not realize to change.

In conclusion, this bad habit that can cause us to feel depressed and those around us make us angry. Therefore, I determined to change in order to prevent health and in anger by lecturers. I will also attempt to change by my roommate. I will not be wasted advice given by them.
